The room was very clean, the beds are very comfortable, there is hot water & excellent showers, the a/c works very well. The breakfast was excellent and different each day. The people at the reception were very attentive and eager to help. The taxis at the hotel were very puntual and trustworthy. In general all the were very helpful and pleasant.

Front desk staff are very friendly & helpful. The location is great! Felt very safe with lots of cute restaurants & cafes just a couple blocks away. The rooms are well laid out, efficient, with a beautiful view. The beds were very comfortable and the hot water pressure and rain shower were the BEST!

Very good mid-price business-styled hotel in a quiet uptown street and neighbourhood, close to Zona G on walking distance. Good breakfast with different types of breads, eggs, juices and good coffee at reasonable price

Staff are excellent and accommodating. Room size was good and quiet. The location is excellent. Lots of restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk but the property is away sufficiently so there is no noise issue.

Room - Had all the amenities we needed, the room itself is not too big but comfortable enough Location - 10 minutes drive from the city center, but the neighborhood was very nice and safe The staff was excellent. Helped a lot, were very attentive to our needs, and welcoming

The hotel is super nice, very modern and clean The staff is so kind The location is great for Chapinero but less good for La Candelaria or Montserrat, but we ended up taking Ubers until there for only 4$

LOVED this place! My friend and I had an excellent stay! The rooms and beds were so comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hotel was well maintained. And the location was perfect for great cafes and restaurants. As female travelers, we felt so safe! Loved the area the hotel was in as well. We would totally stay here again.
